Unfortunately unless you have more money than God or the CEO of Ferrari has your number on speed dial, your chances of obtaining a 599XX are pretty slim.
It seems that some carmakers are testing the business model, which is working fine with watch manufacturing companies: build a good movement/engine and then sell it inside different cases as "ultra limited models" with a huge premium.
